Over 19 years’ experience in predominantly IT Project Delivery working with blue chip clients.

Recent experience includes delivering a large, ambitious and complex IT delivery programme in the UK for a major Government Department, from strategy and conception to successful delivery.
This major delivery involved leading and managing a large, global multi-supplier team, with complex integration between a CRM and Analytics solution across Policing achieving a cost reduction in service by c30% through channel shift and a greater understanding of cyber threats, within very challenging timescales.
Significant experience in building multi-disciplined technical teams, leading and directing technology experts to achieve business outcomes.
Commercially strong, with significant experience of managing medium to large contracts ($10m - $70m+).
Experience within the public and private sector projects across and broad range of technologies, using agile.

Camelot manages The National Lottery infrastructure, designs new games, develops the marketing support for lottery products, provides services for players and winners and runs the network that sells tickets to players in partnership with 26,000 retailers UK-wide. Acting as a lead consultant I ensured CMMI level 2compliancy across IT team.
PROJECT MANAGER, AIRWAVE SOLUTIONS

O2 Airwave provide a secure digital radio network dedicated for the exclusive use of the UK’s emergency and public safety services. Designed to carry voice and data communications, the service offers guaranteed levels of coverage across England, Wales and Scotland.
My role was of a Strategy Lead / Project Manager responsible for Defining the Roadmap of developments for OSS and BSS, including engagement of Systems Integration (SI) partner(s) through RFI / RFP (Request for Proposal).
PROJECT MANAGER, RWE NPOWER
May 2001 - May 2004
"Npower Direct" formed part of the Innogy group, ultimately owned by RWE. NDL supplies electricity to and services SME and MBA customers throughout the country. I was  Project Manager working on very large-scale implementation project (2 years +), involving migration and implementation of data from various Legacy systems to Siebel.
BUSINESS ANALYST, E.ON POWERGEN
June 1998 - April 2001
The PowerGen Customer Management Programme implemented a major new business application, allowing Call Centre Operators to view all accounts relating to a client, creating a seamless view of the underlying Mainframe and Client/Server systems, I was the lead Business Analyst responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions whilst simultaneously studying.
